XML Xdoc -tagfile switch

This switch enables element names to be specified.
The most common use of this is -tagfile=firstline which creates element names from the first line of the datafile.
Alternatively, a seperate file can be used: -tagfile=tags.txt would read

If tagfile is not specified the default is to use col1 col2 col3 etc.
