The raSar® system will operate via a Call Centre facility which will log a theft and activate the stolen laptop in order to allow safe return of the equipment to it's rightful owner.

In the interests of security, full 128bit Verisign encryption will be employed on all activation requests via the internet.

All methods of activation will be monitored by trained personnel, ensuring contact availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
